Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package via our courier partner's website.
BSJ Jewellers ensures all parcels are fully insured until they reach your doorstep. We take full responsibility for the safety of the jewelry during transit. However, we are not responsible for any damage caused after the delivery has been successfully completed.
BSJ Jewellers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If you receive a parcel that appears to be tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery.
